About Ronald

Ronald Yule is a 22-year-old former Hawick High School pupil, owner of his own Television media company, Ronald Yule Media.

Carrying out videography work in the Scottish Borders and further afield, he has covered a wide variety of events, ranging from breaking news to local festivals.  Ronald has carried out work for various organisations, such as ITV, BBC, Sky, NHS, Scottish Borders Council, Borders College and many others.

One of his best-known works to date is his coverage of the Hawick Floods which took place in December 2015.  He filmed the build-up, during, and aftermath of the flooding which devastated parts of the town.  His footage aired on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, BBC News, ITV News, and also uploaded online and was viewed by tens of thousands.

Ronald is also known for his work within website development.  He has designed and created many websites for the likes of The Hawick Paper, Borders Rugby TelevisionKings of the Sevens, Keltel Communications, New Lam Wah Takeaway, Wilton Primary School and many others.
