Ronald Yule is an 18 year old former Hawick High School pupil who is now the owner of his own company, Ronald Yule Media.
He is based in the Scottish Borders and has covered a wide variety of events, ranging from breaking news to local festivals. Ronald has carried out work for various organisations, such as ITV News, Scottish Borders Council, Borders College, NHS, and many others.
One of his best-known works to date, is his coverage of the Hawick Floods which took place in December 2015. He filmed the build-up, during, and aftermath of the flooding which devastated parts of the town. His footage aired on ITV’s Good Morning Britain, Lorraine, BBC News, ITV News, and also uploaded online and was viewed by tens of thousands.
Ronald is also known for his work within website development. He has designed and created many websites for the likes of Borders Rugby, The Hawick Paper, Keltel Communications and New Lam Wah Takeaway.
